oblong greenish yellow watson 850 ## Hello, The closest match I've been able to find is an oblong light yellowish green pill with the imprint WATSON 853 on one side and a score on the other. This pill contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg); a combination of two types of pain medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain. Round white ## Hello, Does the white round pill you have, have the imprint 512 on one side and a score on the other? If so, my research leads me to believe that the pill contains (325 mg) of Acetaminophen and (5 mg) of Oxycodone. The blend is a narcotic pain reliever used to treat moderate to severe acute (short-term) pain. I have been hit hard with sinus and chest congestion-usually takes several antibiotics to get over this-get it every year-lasts1-2-4 wks. I found these pills in my cabinet loose and nowhere near a box , they are clear orange gel caps... Oval in shap but on one side kinda pinched... I have been told these are extra strength acetaminophen BUT there are no markings at all on the pill. The person (my son) who has them has a history of prescription drug "issues"... ## Well, in the U.S. and Canada, prescription tablets all have markings on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency. So that leaves two options, they are either over the counter products, or a foreign medication if the person in question would have the means to obtain such. However, there are quite a few Acetaminophen tablets on the market that meet this description and I have to agree that they most likely are, though there is no way for us to be 100% certain, unless you'd pay to have them lab tested somewhere. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOWTHE HIGHEST DOSAGES FOR HYDRCOCONE/ACETAMINOPHEN? ## The highest dosage that is currently available contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen. However, the amount of Acetaminophen in all of these combination products is being lowered, due to a request by the FDA, due to the risk of liver failure or damage that can be associated with long-term use and the danger of overdose toxicity. They will all be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. Some manufactures have already begun to implement the change and the rest are expected to have it completely by January of 2014… However, if you view the various posts on here, you'll discover that it's already getting very diff...
