Hello, Pitt! How are you?
Well, neither one is particularly good to take all the time on a daily basis, there are risks associated with both.
Long-term use of Acetaminophen may cause liver damage and taking over 3,000mgs a day could be fatally toxic.
Aspirin is an NSAID and it may cause stomach damage, liver damage, blood thinning and stomach ulceration.
The best thing to do is to speak to your doctor about which one is safest for you.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as also possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
Is there anything else I can help with?
