Acetaminophen And Urine Testing

Can someone please help me with a question. I am clueless. I go to a Suboxone Detox Center. I went and my doctor gave me a urine test and he said a tiny bit of Acetaminophen showed up on my test. I don't take narcotics so what exactly is Acetaminophen? Thanks so Much. Heather

How in God's name can you assert that you don't use narcotics when you are on a narcotic maintenance program (buprenorphine)?

Acetominophen is the generic name for Tylenol and I fail to see why it's any of your doctor's business. He must have FAR too little to do.

Acetaminophen is not any type of narcotic or controlled substance, it is the same stuff you find over the counter in the product Tylenol.

It is a mild analgesic used to treat things like headaches, fever and swelling.

Side effects remain the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
