We are all different, so there is no way to say what would be the best medication, since what works for one person may not work for another.

Some people do have great results with the time released Acetaminophen, since the slow, controlled release can help keep it in your body working longer than taking the traditional tablets.

The FDA does warn that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness.

You can also pick up topical products, such as Voltaren gel, that are designed to help with arthritis, but as with all medications, you should check with your doctor first to make sure that it's safe for you to take.
