Aceclofenac And Paracetamol Use In Pregnancy

My wife has taken only one tablet ( aceclofence 100 mg + paractmol 325 mg + chlorzoxazone 250 mg) wrist pain ..is there any problem to her? & baby?.. Right now she is 25th week of pregnancy.

i m using (aceclofenac 100 mg + paractmol 325 mg + chlorzoxazone 500 mg) from last week , and paracetamol 325 and aceclofenac 100 mg from last 1 month. Is there any promblem or risk with these medicines?

Are there any other brands of tablets which contain the combination of paracetamol and aceclofenac?..... If yes than may i have their names?
