Ace Proxyvon Side Effects

I am having joint pain in right leg since last two days. I am feeling loss of memory by taking this medicines. What should you advise.

This medication contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, so it is used to help relieve pain, fever and swelling, but there is nothing in it that should cause any type of memory loss.

I have started taking Ace Proxyvon yesterday and now I am having less urination than usual. Is this one of its side effects or is it because it's a painkiller and I have to drink more water than usual? Please reply. I am worried if my kidney is involved. I drank 6 glasses of water today and there was hardly any urine. Is this normal when taking painkillers, and if so, should I just drink more water or is it something serious?
