About Dronis 20

My last date of periods was 14th Jan to 17th January 2012. Can I start taking Dronis 20 from today 29th January. Will it have its contraceptive effect ?

If you start it at any time other than the start of your menstrual cycle, then you will need to take it continuously for at least 7 days, before it may be effective at preventing pregnancy.
