Abortion Of Less Than A Month Pregnancy

Hi, my girlfriend is pregnant 4 me, it almost a month now and am confuse and dnt know wat to do. I got Misoprostol yesterday which took, that is 3 tablet and the Pharmacist said after taking it she bleed which is a sign that it has been aborted bt up till now there is no sign of she bleeding. What am i to do? Am i to get anotther drug or not? Please i need your response asap. I reside in Nigeria.
