Esther, in a case where the Misoprostol isn't working, the only thing I can suggest is that you see a doctor. You may require some type of surgical abortion procedure.

am pregnant for almost a month and i have use Misoprostol twice,am feeling the abornal pain,stomach pains and also dizzness but still the the pregance is there so what can i do...

The most commonly used abortion medication is Misoprostol. In most countries, you do need a doctor's prescription for it and since I don't know where you are located, I am not sure what the name brand for it would be in your area, or if it is even available to you.

It can cause side effects, such as: drowsiness, dizziness, stomach pain and abdominal pain.
