This is the second time I've had jadelle implants. No period but monthly cramps which are really bad. The last cramps I had were excruciating. Felt like I was in labor. My hair is thinning our and I've gained weight but my eating habits are the same. I'm having it taken out. The cramps are unbearable.

Unfortunately, Sammy, those can be side effects of this medication, according to the U.S. FDA. You may also experience nausea, headache, and spotting.
I am sorry that the cramps were that bad. When are you having it removed?
