I have some oblong pink pills with the Abbott logo followed by the letters EC.
What could it be?

From what I'm finding, this tablet contains 250mgs of the antibiotic Erythromycin, which is used to treat many types of infections.
Side effects may include: nausea, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
