Abbott list this tablet as being a 250mg Depakote ER tablet, which contains the active ingredient Divalproex, it is most commonly used to prevent seizures, but may also help with some mood disorders.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.
