Aaa Pill 1139

I am needing help with identifying the pills I found AAA 1139. Can someone please help me?

From what I've been able to find, this is an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen (325mgs), Chlorpheniramine (2mgs), Dextromethorphan (10mgs) and Phenylephrine (5mgs), it is used to treat cold symptoms.
