Acetaminophen 325 mg
Guaifenesin 200 mg
Phenylephrine HCL 5 mg

I'm not sure what the name of the product is, because they aren't required to log them with the U.S. FDA, since they are over the counter items and they don't list the ingredient of each product on their site.

However, I can tell you that the combination is commonly used in products that treat cold symptoms.
