Azee Azithromycin For Sinusitis And Dosing

Hi, I have a blister pack with 6 white round unmarked tablets. It is labeled AZEE 250 Azithromycin Tablets IP 250 mg manufactured by Cipla. Is this genuine Azithromycin?

Also, I have a sinus infection and when I have been prescribed a Z-PAK I have always been prescribed and 2 pills (250 mg each) on the first day and one pill each for the next 4 days. I have read online that 3 daily doses of 2 pills (250 mg each) is what is typically prescribed for sinusitis. Which is correct?

prescribed DOSAGE for sinusitis IS 500 mg orally once a day for 3 days. THAT MEANS

DEAR YOU CAN TAKE TWO pills (250 mg each) PER DAY for 3 days.

250mg Azithromycin Tablets
Take once a day for 5 days.
Take two the first days dose and then one tablet on each of the next 4 days. The medicine keeps working for days 6-10
Take your tablet as close to the same time each day as you can. Write down the time so you have no guessing.
