Az 286 Large White Round

found this on my floor and do not know what kind of pill it is.

I can't find a listing for a pill with this marking. The reason for this is that the AZ marking is used by Astra-Zeneca Pharmaceuticals on their over the counter medications and, as such, the markings on not required to be logged like those on prescription medications.

They are sold in many different stores throughout the U.S.

Does anyone recognize this tablet?

AZ 286 - Large, White Round Tablet

Sinus Relief (Generic)
Acetominophen 325 mg
Guaifenesin 200 mg
Phenylephrin HCL 10 mg

Yup, that's right. It's sold in single doses in travel size packages in convenience store, gas stations, etc. For allergy aymptom relief. Works pretty well actually.

The pill you found is for migraine relief. It contains tylenol, asprin & caffeine. It is the same as Excedrin.
