Is the A a V? I locate a pill with VX 273 it's Oratuss 12 (active ingredients are Carbetapentane 60 mg, Guaifenesin 600 mg, and Phenylephrine 15 mg).

Oratuss 12 is used to treating symtoms of cough, congestion, and throat problems caused by colds, flu, or hay fever.
