Is the marking possibly APO L20? Can you please double check and post back? Thanks!

If so, Apotex lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is used to treat high blood pressures, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, hypotension, and increased urination.
