Located a match to a round, white pill with APO TI-4 on one side and a criss cross score on the other side. This pill is Tizanidine hydrochloride 4 mg, which is used to treat the spasms, cramping, and tightness of muscles caused by medical problems such as multiple sclerosis, spastic diplegia, back pain, or certain other injuries to the spine or central nervous system.
