This tablet is manufactured by Alza Corporation and they list it as being 54mg Concerta tablet, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD, and narcolepsy.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, and anorexia.
