Today is Friday. I took 3 cor 135 20 mg adderall. I took 2 at 9:20am and then another one at 2:50 pm. So that's 60 mg in one day obviously. But I'm 156 pounds. Work out regularly and drink lots of water. Can someone tell me how long it would take for this to get out of my system? Thank you ## The half life of Adderall is around 11 hours, so that means every 11 hours about half of the original dose will remain in your system. Dividing your original dose by 2s will show 60, 30, 15, 7.5, 3.75, 1.875, 0.9375, 0.46875 .... so let's say about 10 times or more divisions x 11 hours is approx 110 hours or 5 days. I'd say give yourself a week or so. Does anyone else agree or not with my logic?

I cannot find the brand dexidrene at any pharmacy. the generic dextroamphetamine, does not work the same for me. must have diff inactive ingredients. I clinch my jaw, my neck hurts, it doesn't act same for making me be able to remain focused, and makes me irritable when the brand does not ## Hello, Murray! How are you? I need to know what the difference is with the two sides on the inside of a Concerta 36? Is it 2 separate drugs that make it what it is because I was told one side was the actual methylphenidate and the other side was a blood pressure drug? Someone know is addicted to abusing pills or anything else it seems and I told him to not to misuse this pill, because I was also told it could kill a person if it's taken the wrong way. I took a stacker 3 this morning an i was wondering later on in the day if its ok if i took a half of addrall will i be ok ## @chollinger, There actually aren't any reliable ways to check for drug interactions between pharmaceutical preparations and OTC fat burners such as Stacker 3, since they don't contain "medically recognized" ingredients to compare upon. However it still seems to me like it would be best to contact your doctor first regarding anything else you intend to take along with what he/she prescribed. This way if there ever are any discrepancies (knock on wood) you and your doctor will at least be on the same page. I've recently been prescribed Adderall by my family doctor, 10mg IR once a day. I'm a week in and noticed very little if any real benefit. I'm leary of going back and talking to her because I know so many abuse it and don't want to appear like a drug seeker. Should I wait for my next month follow up or do you think a phone call would be appropriate. I noticed some very mild improvements but they quickly subsided a couple hours in and left me slightly tired. It seems slightly counterproductive to take them when I'm left worse off than I started. I'm not comfortable increasing my own dose even tho I know many take much higher doses several times a day. I'm not sure what to do about the doctor or my dose. I've never taken a medicine that lasted an entire day...

With out a job how to I get my adderall and zanex so I can get back to work with out having panic attacks? It is still going to take another 13 months for my disability appeal. The depression and not being able to focus is pretty intense. I went inpaient a few time and they perscribed me a bunch of differnt meds i ended up staring at the wall drolling on myself then having siezures. I just need the meds i was on before i was beaten by my ex so I can get back to work. I am on Medicaid and having trouble finding a physician who takes it much less one that will treat for ADD. I've been treated by another doctor before and diagnosed with ADD along with other issues but that was with BCBS. I agree with you all in the difference between the peach oval generic pills vs. the orange round generic pills. The oval ones - I stay focused throughout the day at my job with almost no side effects. Recently, my normal pharmacy who I have picked my prescriptions up from for the 7 years switched to the round orange ones. Assuming they were the "same", I took them. The first day I already could notice a HUGE difference! My biggest complaint was the headaches! Not to mention very irritable, fatigue, weakness. Who makes and labels a round yellow pill with the imprint RP 110? ## Hi RE, I actually found two close matches with a very similar description. The first one being a round yellow scored tablet marked with RP on one side and 51 on the other. It's reportedly known as Dextrostat 5mgs (Dextroamphetamine Sulfate), and is manufactured by Shire here in the US. The other pill I came across is a round pink chewable tablet marked with RP 110, and is identified as Equate brand - Extra Strength Gas Relief; containing 125mgs of Simethicome. My thoughts are that maybe the manufacturer of the first pill (Shire) could potentially be the same company who makes yours, judging from the type of imprint it has. Can ritalin and concerta stimulants show up in a urine drug screen? I take those medications, and twice now I've tested positive for cocaine. I haven't did any coke, since back in the 1990's. If anyone can help answer my questions, and give me some documentation, that I can show my probation officer. Hi there, they started testing my son doing a urine test and Concerta is not showing up in his system. I know that he takes it each day. I have had the socical workers here. He has told them. I have had to take him for testing each time for his Med's and it has got the best of him. I do not understand why it's not showing up.
