Without that I can almost guarantee it to be counterfeit. Whether or not it works is another story, but I probably wouldn't take something like this that I couldn't verify by any means other than a lab analysis. Anyone could put anything into a blue and white capsule and call it whatever they want to call it - just saying. My son just started taking intuitive last Friday and it is now Tuesday. Yesterday and today he has had a bad headache located at the top of his head. Is this normal? What should I do? ## Hello, Amanda! How is your son doing? Has there been any change? A headache can be a normal side effect of this medication, along with nausea, dizziness, decreased appetite, and dry mouth, as reported by the FDA. Have you tried anything to alleviate the headache? I want to know if it works well? I barely feel it. It's mixed with amphetamine and was prescribed as generic adderall. ## What are you expecting to feel? Everyone reacts differently to medications. For me I've decided concerta is the best because this medication, though supposedly less hard on the body, doesn't let me sleep at all. I've always had a lot of trouble sleeping without adding meds to the mix and this trail was hell for me. I'm not an addict overdosing on the medication either. 40mg and I can't sleep, meaning after a week I'm so burn't out that the medicine doesn't even help because my mind and body are run into the ground. I just moved from Tennessee to Texas. I have been on adderall over 21 years. I am prescribed three 30 mg pills a month. Two 30 mg instant release. One 30 mg XR. I have my RX bottles. I have the physical paper RX's (in TN they will give you three consecutive month of your prescription predated. So for example, If go to doctor quarterly and my appt was 1/13. I'm given a total of six different paper RX with fill dates: 1/13, 2/13, 3/13. Three for IR: 60 30 mg pills per month to be taken twice daily. Another three, same dates but only for the one XR pill -30 30mg pill to taken once daily. I wasn't aware Texas law does not allow that class/ tier of drug to be filed via script from out of state doctor. My bad... CVS actually did leg work to investigate/ report me after they turned...

Is this normal to take this med for 5 yrs? I really never even knew she had adhd? In fact I really dont know why she is taking it or even started. Her phyc. precribed it to her , he also prescribed viibryd which is a ssri. She also takes precocet 10/325 for back pain, i am not sure how many she take, but she has pills located in 3 locations of the house, so she does not always take 4 a day. Then she has a lipoderm patch, and has acess to a fentonal patch also, not sure how much she uses this. Then she takes klonipin to sleep. I have been on Vyvanse now for about a week and a half. I am only taking 30 mg and was diagnosed with Adult ADD. I am not sure if this is usual but I am feeling very sleepy. I see that a lot of people post that they can not sleep, well for me that is not the case. I feel like I am half awake through the morning and the afternoon. The medication seems to wear of in the late afternoon because I slowly start to feel more alert, my apatite comes back, and so does the symptoms of ADD. I have been getting headaches at night. When I am on the Vyvanse, I do feel calmer and able to deal with things better. It has helped with my anxiety which I believe was cause by being unorganized, late, and all over the place before. I like that about this medication but wonder if it's the wrong one for me...

Hi. My son is living on the street in Denver, CO. He is addicted to heroin and methamphetamine. He wants help, but I can't find any place that will medically Detox him. He can't make it through it without medication. I understand, as I'm a recovering addict from heroin myself. Does anybody know of a place he can go? He has Medicaid. ## Oh I know where you are as a parent. Have u looked into a rehab for Medicaid? My son also will be getting medicaid and will soon be in the same situation. Right now he is incarcerated. I was under the impression that some rehabs accept Medicaid and/or medicare. I could be wrong. So I will be researching this myself. I would like to know if anyone had experienced any bowel obstruction with concerta. I have been taking concerta for 4 days now and it works very well for me. My concern is that I had intestinal operations 7 years ago and as a result suffer from intestinal norrowing and occasional bowel obstruction. I can't eat any fibre for this reason and my diet consist of easily digested food. Because the concerta tablet does not dissolve and is non-deformable makes me worried. ## It isn't a listed side effect according to FDA reports.
