I last took adderall xr 20 mg on sunday and I have a drug test on thursday. Will I pass it? ## You are very likely to, yes. I am prescribed Adderal and take it daily and have taken 3 drug screens without ever being asked to produce a script. I can't say that I know what that is other than that most screens are either an 8 panel or a 10 panel, and while a 10 panel will look for methadone when an 8 panel does not, neither seems to look for amphetamine salts (ad's). ## Adderall contains mixed amphetamine salts and it can be detectable in a standard urine screen for approximately 5 days, after last dosing. I have an appt. with a new doctor on Thursday (just moved) and am going to see if we can increase my dose from 30mg ir to 30mg xr and 10mg ir for the afternoon. My previous doctor, who is now out of state, wrote me two scripts with "do not fill until" dates so I would have time to find a doctor. I just filled the last one this past week. Obviously, I will tell my new doctor this and have my records faxed to his office. If he does increase my dose/change the type, will he write me a new script for the xr's to be filled? My body doesn't take well to these instant releases anymore-literally crash everyday by noon & feel lethargic the rest of the day with all focus out the window. P.S. I took methylphenidate er 27 mg on Wednesday. Have to take a urine test on monday. Corepharma adderall 30 mg is not really effective for concentration and just seems to becoming less and less effective for my add symptoms. Zero help w/ motivation. Seems to be making me even more lethargic, depressed, hopeless. Does the quality, strength of the pink generic tabs seem to be spotty to anyone else? ## Jan, There have been sporadic reports of less then effective results with this generic formulation. Many times other pharmaceutical's been administered plays a part in preventing this drug to reach an effective therapeutic threshold.If you are being prescribed other substances I'd suggest inquiring into the possibility before pulling the plug on this drug. Hi. I was just wondering if anyone with diabetes taking vyvanse feels like the meds cause them to feel low even though numbers are fine? I just started it today and have felt low all day. ## Vyvanse can cause its own side effects, which the FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, and anorexia. What medication do you take for your diabetes? What are your blood sugar levels showing? I'm a 22 year old female, weighing about 130 pounds. I took one 20mg adderall on Monday around 8 am and had a drug test Wednesday around 12:30 (noon). I did an at home drug test which I passed all fields including for amphetamines. I take methylphenidate er every morning. Today my psych did a urine test on me and it showed no methylphenidate. I take it every morning. What would make it not show up? I’m on other meds as well. A new stomach medicine and Greek yogurt. Is there anything that blocks the methylphenidate from showing up or getting into my system?

Hi... On my med bottle are these numbers: 00093-5277-01; Drug manufacturer: Teva Pharm. The numbers are correct. The pill description on the bottle says it's a white round pill imprinted with 93 on one side and 5277 on the other side. However, some of the pills are white with 93 on one side and blank on the other...and some of the pills in the same bottle look the same but have 93 on one side and 5277 on the other side... I haven't used in over 2 months and Friday I used methamphetamine intravenously. He is on 20 mg in the morning, and by 7:00 at night his behavior is more aggressive, high strung, obnoxious, compulsive. After about 2 hours of this behavior, he usually falls asleep. He takes depakote and lamictol for bipolar disorder as well. When is mental health research going to come up with a way to diagnose and treat? Right now it takes a highly experienced doctor with a brain packed with knowledge to even begin to know what med, how much, and how to change the plan when it is not working very well. There are very few that can do this, but even finding a children psychiatrist your insurance will cover is next to impossible. What do I do. I own a CrossFit gym and workout 1-2 times a day. At least one metabolic conditioning workout in addition to lifting 1-2x per day. My metabolism is high due not only to my activity but also my diet. I try to keep my diet alkaline in order to keep the meds in my system longer, but the more active I get (this uptick in activity is fairly recent) the less effective my meds are. On my next appt, I'm thinking about asking for an increase in dosage. I take 20mg ir 2x/day. What would be a reasonable request for dosage increase to a VERY conservative doc (in a conservative town, tough to find good adderall docs)? Hi. I was depressed for quite sometime. I just started seeing a psychiatrist at the time and he had diagnosed me with ADHD and depression. I was only 13 at the time. Before my old doctor moved away he prescribed me anti-depressants at first but I ended up taking them all at once and went out partying that night and ended up getting really sick. So he stopped my prescription. I started seeing a therapist after that 3 times a week along with my psychiatrist on the same days. This pill is nasty. It is described as SR by the manufacturer (slow or sustained release). I have been taking Millen 4 x 20 per day with no problems. Was this pill dispensed as a mistake by the pharmacy or by the doctor. I took less than two and didn't get a wink of sleep. Markings are Sandoz peach, scored, 790, SZ or ZS. The bottle says SR. It has taken me so long to get to get to the combination of pills I am at that if I rock the boat, I am scared that the whole research of a group of safe pills will be in jeopardy. Can budesonide produce a false negative for methamphetamine? ## Can Wellbutrin, Afrin nasal spray, Prozac and/or Excedrin extra strength caps test positive for methamphetamine in urine? I also have a kidney infection and don't know if that plays a role as well?
