I found a small light yellow round pill with K 102, scored one side and blank on the back. Could it be generic Ritalin? ## A small round light yellow pill with K over 102 (& a score line in between) on one side and blank on the back to be identified as Methylphenidate hydrochloride 20 mg; a generic for Ritalin. Manufacturer: KVK Tech Inc. NDC: 10702-0102 This medication is marketed for use in treating ADHD and narcolepsy. I hope this info helps!

Does Adderall 10mg And Xr 20mg show up the same on drug tests or is there a distinction? ## They both contain the same active ingredients, which are mixed Amphetamine salts, so they would be detected as the same substance. The only way they would show up differently is if a test was being used that checked your levels of it. My son is 19 years old. He was on Medicaid and now Medicaid has dropped him. I'm trying to get him their Social Security Disability because he has a disability. He is on Vyvanse 70 milligrams which helps him, and it works very well for him. I don't know what to do. I cannot afford a $300 and $400 prescription. i an trying to find out who makes the pink ritalin thats has 532 on one side, i have used this for years and all of a studden, they only have the green and yellow and white all giving me headaches and can't find any informaition out on the pink ones name or anything for my dr, help ## I have the same issue without the headaches. I have been taking Adderal for many years, the orange oval generic pill. My last prescription had white R 351 pills. I never had a problem with the orange ones. The new white ones give me chest pain and nausea and I'm very shaky inside and out to the point that I thought I was given the wrong medication by the pharmacy I use. Through trial and error I believe I have found a method to get the most consistency and efficacy out of Adderall (amphetamines in general) while maintaining the lowest possible dose for therapeutic values. (note: some of which is discussed here may go against the indicated treatment of your doctor. I'm in drug court and when I started taking Stratteras and Effexor Er 75 mg in October I got 2 back to back dilute drug screens. Then on December 23rd I stopped Strattera and started 150 mg Effexor and got another dilute. Has anyone else had this problem? ## I too had three back to back diluted urine tests while on Effexor. Took Ritalin on Friday, had a UA that was sent to the lab on Monday. Will i pass? ## I took ritalin on tuesday and I have a drug test on friday. Will I pass that test? ## I am on lactulose (3-4 tablespoons daily). I also take Ritalin 20 mg 3x's daily. The lactulose runs through me like water daily non-stop. I recently took a hair follicle test and it came back positive for meth. I've been clean since April 24, 2013. I was on Trazodone and Prozac until roughly July. My hair said I was positive with only 2100 points on the chart. Could it be from my meds? ## One of the great features of hair drug testing is that it is good at isolating the metabolite that for a particular drug which reduces the incidence of false positives. The number 2100 most likely means 2100 pico grams per milligrams or 2100 pg/mg. That appears to be low or recreational use. As far as the meds causing a false positive I doubt it. My insurance only pays for the brand Adderall pills and does not support the generic. The doctor started me off with 20mg of XR daily. After a couple weeks, those didn't seem to work as well so she upped my dose to 30mg XR. I was looking at the 20mg and comparing what they looked liked to the 30mg. The 20mg had on them M.Salts or something like that the name Adderall wasn't listed anywhere. Both pills are oblong and orange; the 30mg says AdderallXR 30mg right on the pill. What disturbs me is that the name on the 20 mg pill is the generic name and if this is the case, I want my ridiculous co pay back. I picked up a prescription for 5 mg Focalin and the capsules were almost empty they were not even a quarter of the way filled (you could almost count how many little beads were in there and every single one was like that I know that only the bottom half of the capsules are full when you open them usually I'm not talking about both sides being only reason that I open them is because I take them with apple sauce) ) I brought them back to the pharmacist and he wouldn't open one because he said it would be tampering with the medicine all he did is Shake the 1 capsule?? but I said why wouldn't they just use a smaller capsule? Yes. You can. I have read multiple sources saying you can, the first time I heard of it (and it is acclaimed to be one of best roa's after putting up the booty), I tried it. I did feel a noticeable difference as I usually break my 2 30 ir down to 4 15 ir to take throughout day for duration. The one 15 I subligualed felt very much like an oral 30, was a bit more clear also. It didn't last any longer though unfortunately, because that is what I am searching for, a way to make the IR last longer. Hi, i am voluntarily drug testing for CPS because my daughter's father (who had physical custody) passed away suddenly due to a motorcycle accident leaving her "without a legal guardian" I have a previous history of using Methamphetamine. I have tested positive twice now and cps is trying to have a court order to place me out of the home. I wasn't taking methamphetamine. I am prescribed multiple meds.
