I have taken 1 shot Fenatyl. Stupidity!! My other medication given by doctors prescription, pr day is 240 mg ritalin, 54mg conserta, 8 mg apodorm. 8 mg subuxone, 6 mg rivotril,30 mg.remeron and 3mg.risperdal.I have used narcotics over 10 years and are now trying to just use legal medecin. What shall I do,? I am afraid that this singel shot can do me terrible harm!

Round pill Salmon Color small b on one side and on other scored to break in half and on the top it has a number which looks like 562 or 962 and on the bottom something I can't read. ## I believe the marking you may be referring to is B 952 5 and the tablet contains 5mgs of Dextroemphetamine, the active ingredient in Dexedrine, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. geneza orange triangle pills with the gp stamp on them. do these pills come up possative in a drug test? ## They are anabolic steroids and will be detected as such, if someone is testing for them. However, they are not generally included in standard tests, which look for the presence of things such as opiates and amphetamines. Are there any questions or comments?

i take nardil an MAO can i take INTUNIV ## Has your doctor instructed you to use both? Intuniv contains the active ingredient Guanfacine and Nardil contains Phenelzine, there are problems that can arise from taking them both, because it can cause a severe hypertensive crisis, which can be followed by severe hypotension.

I was just told by a costco pharm. that d-amphetamine salt com xr has been discontinued ## It hasn't been discontinued, but there is a current supply shortage, reported to the FDA by all manufacturers. As supplies improve, they are shipping it to various pharmacies on an allocated basis. In the meantime, the only thing I can suggest is checking with various pharmacies to see which one has it in stock, or talking to your doctor about using an alternative medication in the meantime. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Dextrose-amphetamine salt is not the only ingredient, so even if it was cancelled, which is is not, it wouldn't discontinue Adderall.

is there any interaction between taking the herbal supplement Abana to lower blood pressure and drinking grapefruit juice... ## is 25mg of adderal a high dosage and would it cause insomnia? ## Dede, I am not sure Abana contains, it is listed as just being an ayurvedic supplement, thus since it is just a supplement, its interactions with anything have not been tested and studied, as is done with prescription medications. Karen, Adderall contains mixed Amphetamines, so it is a stimulant and insomnia can be a side effect, even at very low doses. Are there any other comments or questions?

I was perscribed D Amhetamine 10 mg and my doctor says that I may have to take up to three daily. The only issue is that I have a problem swollowing the pill. I would rather a capsule. Is there any difference between the two? ## The Mixed Amphetamine Salt capsules are time released, where the tablets are regular release formulations. Have you spoken to your doctor about it? Using the time release could also mean that you might not have to take so many each day, since it slowly releases the medication.

I have had adderall 20ml,I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon that were round and pink. Then they gave me the oval orange 20ml same dose .I can tell the difference it's not as good and does not keep me focus . can someone tell me if there is a difference... ## Yes, there can be fluctuations in generic medications. What is the best route of administration to get the most effects? ## This tablet contains 30mgs of Dexmethylphenidate, the active ingredient in Focalin, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD. The best route of administration is to take the tablets, by swallowing them orally, just as they are prescribed. It is not safe to try to use them in any other manner, because they are not formulated to be used that way, so it could result in overdose, or other health complications. I no longer have Insurance and my adderall is the most expensive medication i am on. I am on a fixed income and have to let other things go to buy my adderall. ## Have you discussed the issue with your doctor, or pharmacist to see if there is a cheaper alternative? Or perhaps a different medication that may offer an assistance program? We've had several people ask about an assistance program for this and, unfortunately, the company no longer offers one. i have noticed the changes in all adderall..whether talking ir or xr, adderall brand names or other manufacturers (sandox ect) not at all the same effects ## Well. there can be some variations from one manufacturer to the other, in both the active and inactive ingredients. When you know which one works for you, you should keep track of who manufactured it and go back to the same pharmacy you got it from. Or, if they switch, call around to see if another has it or request that they order it in for you. Is there a diiference between amphetamine salts and amphitamine ## I am not quite certain what you're asking? Amphetamine salts usually refers to mixed salts, such as the active ingredients in Adderall, which are Amphetamines and Dextroamphetamines. Amphetamine itself though is a pretty general term that is used to refer to almost any of them and its relatives.

i work night shifts and take amphetamine sometimes to keep me awake and alert. my friend gave me a white pill no markings except a groove/line on one side he bought over the internet and he is a bit ocd but im not. would aprreciate any comments. he says they are adde cure 30 ## Well, without any markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what it really contains. It could be the product he claims or something completely different. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. i have taken 1 Dextroamphetamine ER i think its a 10mg not sure but i got a drug test in about 3 weeks not blood not piss and not hair a saliva swab will tht be out of my system in time for my test i only took it cuz i work midnights and havnt been able to sleep so i took it so i dont fall asleep at work thanx ## For a saliva test, medications in the Amphetamine class are usually detectable for up to 72 hours, after taking them. There is, however, no way to give a precise time frame, because individual factors can also affect it, such as your metabolism, overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and etc. If you have a prescription, however, you just need to inform them of this, when you go in for testing. I need to find a coupon for 15 mg ## We've had several other people ask recently and, from what I can find, it appears that Shire no longer provides an assistance program for Adderall, since it is a controlled substance. Are you on the regular release formulation? If so, there are generics available that would be much cheaper, if you don't have insurance coverage. Also, have you discussed your other treatment options with your doctor? ## I need Adderall and can't afford it. I am jobless right now and have 3 children.
