What is the difference between d-amphetamine salt combo (adderall)10mg and dextroamphetamine sulfate tablets (Zenzedi)? ## Hello, Don! How are you? I just got these today. Normally get barr. I can tell these are a bit more mellow compared to how barr will kick in. It's only been 1 day so I will see how it goes. So far I am not a huge fan, but I do like the fact that I didn't get a nicotine craving like I do when Barr first kicks in. ## I'm curious now, as to whether or not anyone else gets nicotine cravings from this medication? I've been on Vyvanse for 3 months, first started at 30mg, than 50m, than 60 mg, a month before each increase.I went up to 70mg and it made me tired , talk excisively and I often repeat myself like Iiwll say somehting then say again a minute or a few seconds later like I didnt say it or explain enough detail..after 3 weeks, I went back down to 60mg and now, I have a little more energy but I feel confussed and having anxiety, like people thnk I'm weird or on somethin, my mind seems to be confused. I was diagnosed with ADD now at the age of 44. Ive been taking Adderall 10mg in the morning and 10mg after 1pm, but I don't see a change in the focusing. I have the side effects nothing else. I went to my subutex dr today and was refused my medicine because my drug screen came back positive for amphetamines. I was shocked! Ive taken percocets over the years as my drug of choice. I've never touched diet pills or speed, etc. I am 5 months pregnant and afraid i will withdrawal. I am on wellbutrin and robitussin among other things. I was taking 32 mgs of subutex a day. I researched and found that wellbutrin and robitussin as well as vicks nasal spray can ALL cause false positives for amphetamines. I called my Dr and told them what i found and my situation. I take a drug test each month. I have not used any drugs, yet came up positive for amphetamines. I was sick around the time and took mucinex and sudafed. I am also on a few presciption medications, nexium, trazadone, cholonodine and bupropion (wellbutrin). Could someone tell me which drug or combinations would have made the positive test? I just got a refill of 30mg tabs amphetamine salts. This month I have been switched again! I can't find any information on this particular brand - it's imprint is M A30, it's orange and round. The pharm company is Mylan I think. I have had the orange ovals (most effective and metabolized for me), the round pink (made my stomach upset), and now these. i am starting to get really scared. If these made it past quality control, past the FDA, what about the medicines my parents take? What about my birth control (also generic)?
