im a 180 pound 21 year old male and a first time user of the abg 60 and im wondering if its too much for first time. ive had the sulfates but that was years ago. I use norco 10mg about once every couple weeks for pain. I usally take 3 norco 10mg at first sign of pain lol so I am versed a lil in the opiates.

The usual adult dosage schedule for extended release tablets such as ABG 60 (Morphine sulphate extended-release 60 mg - NDC 0591-3513) ranges from 10 mg to 600 mg daily, given in equally divided doses every 8 to 12 hours or given as one dose every 24 hours.
Since the dosage gap for extended release tablets is so large, I think it's safe to say that 60mgs still sits on the lower end of the dosage spectrum. I'd probably recommend doing a trial run for a week or so just to see how your body responds. Have you had a chance to take a few a these pills yet?
