given for congestion in the chest... one that's more spasmodic in nature. I dont feel any tonsils but am coughing a lot, even after taking cough syrup

I am taking:
AB Phylline 100: 1-0-1
odimont lc:- 0-0-1
mucollite sr 75: 0-0-1

It is my fourth day but my wheezing is more at night only while sleeping, my cough increased with phlegm getting stuck in the chest.

Before this, I had taken augmentin 625mg for three days 1-0-1

What to do?

I am also taking:
shell cal os 1-0-0
ecosporin 75 0-1-0
razel 5mg 0-0-1
