This is the 4th Dr. I have seen at this office he is a 'Chronic Pain Specialist' he said before he continued with my RX I had to have a UA. I was told to go to the bathroom, not the Lab, (a first) there was another cup there, the Nurse didn't even know where it was i went, he came in after 5pm said it was positive for Meth, told me he could send me down the road to be treated for 'my addiction'. The fact is I have never done Meth, I told him this was impossible, he said NO gave me a RX for a month said no other Dr. would ever give me another pain RX in this state. I through a fit with him. I have never tested positive before I had spent more than an hour with the last Dr. there he obviously didn't think I needed to be tested. I want to dispute this How do I do this?

Throwing a fit likely didn't help your case, since that can be construed by the doctor as addictive behavior and may have even strengthened his belief that you have a drug problem.
What you should have done is insisted on a lab test.
