I believe the marking you're looking at my be intended to be a lowercase b, with the 799 on the opposite side and, if that is the case, then this tablet contains 8mgs of Buprenorphine and is a sublingual tablet.

Buprenorphine is an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, but may also be used for cases of severe, chronic pain.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.
