I found a pink/peach 3 sided pill with letter Z or N engraved on one side and 150 on other side. What is that pill/for?

The pink triangle shaped pill in description is Zantac (Ranitidine) 150 mg.

Ranitidine is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives.
