A Dr. In Austin Who Will Prescribe Adderall, Quick/easy?

I only recently arrived into this country, for a brief business related visit, and now must leave again, and neglected to bring my Adderall prescription on my trip. Also, I'm too pressed for time, at the moment, to face endless hours of testing, etc. Could anyone be kind enough to provide the name of a local Austin Dr. who would fit this description, please. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my business sense and skills are suffering badly as a result of my lack of medication. Thanks you!

I am an Adult with ADD I had it When I was a CHILD but in my DAY They Just said U were a BAD KID and so they just thought that they Could BEAT it OUT of ME that just Made Me ANGRY and when I SAY BEAT That is EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN. Like All ADULTS that I came into Contact with I was ANNOYING. MOST NOT ALL My TEACHERS Didn't UNDERSTAND Why I was Distracted or Disruptive and OH My the amount of PENCILS I Went Through a YEAR was unbelievable I Still have a Terrible time Finishing Anything I Start and I am SO DISORGANIZED No MATTER How Hard I TRY I just can't do SIMPLE THINGS LIKE STAYING on One TYPIC and I can't sit still I Do Alot of PACING I have to go I've had to REDO THIS About 4 TIMES NOW BECAUSE I LOST MY TRAIN Of THOUGHT, I HAVE Arthritis in my fingers so they HURT Very Much I had to REDO Parts of so it would make sense I hope I gave U Enough information.
