A Doctor Near Hartford Who Will Prescribe Ambien

my husband works third shift and cant sleep well. he doesnt have any drug or alcohol problems but he doesnt have insurance so we dont want to waste our time going to a dr who cant help,

Ambien isn't a controlled substance, so any doctor can prescribe it, there are no restrictions on that.

However, the issue may be the fact that your husband always works this shift and Ambien is only intended for short term treatment of insomnia, it's not meant to be something that you take for a long, ongoing period of time.

It causes the risk of some serious side effects, some of which could affect his ability to work, such as the next day hangover like effects, which tend to be very bad.

Thus, it likely isn't the best choice for your husband, anyway.

Jen. That information is incorrect . Ambien is a class IV. It is out of the body completly in 6 hours after taking it so your husband wouldn't have leftover effects that would make his job unsafe. I really wish people would educate themselves before giving false information as a fact. I do not mean that offensively but facts are what to consider, not opinions.
