93-490 Oblong White

Can some one out there help me? This is a white oblong pill with 93-490 printed on one side. I was told it was for pain. Does anyone know what this is? Thank you much.

This tablet contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, a generic for Darvocet. This is a very mild, narcotic pain reliever.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
