I believe the marking you're looking at is actually H 106 and the tablet contains 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies, nausea, vertigo and for its sedative like properties.

Side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
