Hello,
I believe I have identified your pill as Mirtazapine (15 mg); which is used in the treatment of major depressive disorder and other mood disorders and more.
Side effects can include (but are not limited to):
Dizziness, blurred vision, sedation, somnolence, malaise, increased appetite, weight gain (as a result of increased appetite), dry mouth, constipation, and joint and muscle pain.
The pill I found is almost an exact match to the one you've described. It is a round yellow pill (but appears to be orange) with 9 3 (divided by a score line) on one side, and 7206 on the other side. Maybe the other imprint got smudged off at some point?
