Ah, found it. This is an Aspirin Tablet, 81mgs low-dose, typically used by people with heart problems to help thin their blood a bit and prevent clots, though it is rarely used this way, it is sometimes used for children as a pain reliever, fever reducer if they are allergic to other options such as Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen, like I said this is rare though, due to the threat of Reyes syndrome.

This is a name brand Aspirin made by Bayer.
