80mg Viibryd Safe

My family physician prescribed 80 mg of Viibryd every day. Was this safe?

The target dose is usually anywhere from 20mgs to 40mgs a day, with it being slowly titrated up, however, there are some conditions that may warrant a higher dosage. What condition is being treated?

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and weight changes.
