75mcg To 50mcg

Hypothyroid diagnosed 6 months ago-put on 50mcg when increased to 75mcg I had a nose bleed and felt head pressure.Back down to 50mcg and 75 alternate days. Success-felt lots better for 6 months on 75mcg daily. Recently felt heart hammering and adrenal rushes turned into panic attacks Now on 50 mcg but still shakey. I read somewhere that oestrogen interferes with thyroxine-herbal or HRT. Anyone heard this?

I see a problem listed with Estrogen, but not the herbal products.

Estrogen can cause the need for a higher dosage in people that are Hypothyroid.

ESTROGEN, coffee, multivitamins, iron, antacids etc

Do you have experience with adverse effects of these? I can no longer tolerate caffeine and have to be careful with selenium/starflower oil-just wondered what symptoms you had?
