does anyone knows if walgreens are gonna discontinue carrying this medication?

Actually, by January of 2014, there will no longer be any of these combination prescription medications available that will contain more than 325mgs of the Acetaminophen.

Due to a request from the FDA because of the risk of liver damage or failure associated with long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen, as well as the toxicity risk associated with overdose, all such medications are being changed to contain 325mgs as the maximum per dose.

Some manufacturers have already begun to implement the change, which has cause them to already be unavailable in some areas.
