649 Yellow

I have this Yellow Oval Pill with the number 500 on one side and on the other side it is printed P 649. Im not what this pill is and any help would be awesome.

The pill you are referring to is Nabumetone 500, generic for Relafen. It is generally used to treat Arthritis. I take it for Osteoarthritis.
