5ml Of Liquid Hydrocodone 7.5 325 Is This Equal To 1 Pill??

My daughter currently takes liquid hydrocodone acetaminophen 7.5 325 per 5ml every 4-6 hrs for pain my sister thinks it's to much....how is this converted to pill form?
