UpdatedI Had Both Of These Prescribed To Me. One Is Small Round White And The Other Is Larger Round White... Are They The Same Thing? What Is The Difference?

Hello, Melissa! How are you?
The tablet with the K 18 marking is manufacture by KVK Tech and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone.
However, the tablet with the A 349 on it is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
The Acetaminophen can augment the action of the narcotic to help it work better for some people.
Is there anything else I can help with?
Ok Awesome. Thank you so much. Just wanted to make sure they were the same. I was on Hydrocodones before and they didn't help. I have a 3.3cm kidney stone that I have to have surgically removed next month. Painful. Thank you so much for your reply :)
