This capsule is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital, and 40mgs of Caffeine, it is most commonly used to treat migraines, or tension headaches.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, and dry mouth.
