5892 V Temazapam

went to Walmart in san Antonio, tx. to fill my sleep medication. they told me this item which is Temazapam and it was manufactured by Qualitest,Pharmaceuticals. Dark pink & light pink.with the number 5892. with a Von one side.

Yes, that is correct. Qualitest does list this tablet as containing 15mgs of Temazepam.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
