57 71 Otherside

round white pill. M on one side and 15 on other side. Also there is a score down the middle. Any help deeply appreciated.

It looks like you want to identify two different pills here, is that correct?

For the marking 57 71; the closest match that came up shows M 57 71. This is a rectangle-shaped pill with the letter "M" inside of a box (on the front side of the pill), with "57|71" on the backside of the pill, separated by a score line. Does this fit your description accurately? If so, this pill is Methadone Hydrochloride (10 mg).

The other pill that is white and round with the imprint "M 15" was identified as Atropine sulfate + Diphenoxylate hydrochloride (0.025 mg - 2.5 mg). This pill is primarily used to treat diarrhea.
