54120 Pn Pill Little White

It has 54120 on on side with a line down the middle on the other side. Is it a pain pill? It has been said that it's a methadone tablet.

This tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they list it as containing 10mgs of Methadone, which is most commonly used to treat drug addiction and pain.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
