have a round white thick pill with 54 on top and 545 on bottom and only a score on the other side can you tell me what it is and what it is used for please

This tablet contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Roxicet, this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
