I have a white, round pill with 44 on top and 148 on bottom. The pharm. said it was percocet 10mg with 500 mg Acetam. Is this true...Or did he make a mistake and give me a pill with only 500 mg Acetam?

I have a question I have a Percocet here and it says m523 on front and I0/325 on back just like that. On the ten it's not an actual number 1 it's just I. Are these real as some people say they are

I have a question and I dont know where to get it answered. I have been on Percocet for at least 10yrs and I've always gotten them from the same Pharmacy. They have always looked relatively the same (in that I have never questioned what I was getting) I know that the last few scripts were scored on one side & said 512 on the other side. I only take the percs when in severe pain & whn I would take one, in apprx 10 - 15m I could "feel" relief from the pain come over my body. I could "feel" the pill kick in. Well the last two times I have got my script filled, From the same pharmacy, the percs were super small, like 1/2 the size of the ones I was use to. They have a R/P on the scored side and a 5/325 on the other side. They R tiny compared to what I am used to!! When I take them I feel nothing!! virtually no pain relief! Does anybody know if these R still legit percs?? Did they like change the formula for percs or something? What can I do? Would it do any good to talk to pharmacy or DR? I've even gone so far as take 3 at same time in desperation and I still barely felt relief. Its making me feel like I'm crazy! Any advice greatly appreciated!!

Re: MeowKitty (# 7)
The EXACT same thing has happened to me! My pharmacy now uses these same R/P generics for 5mg/7.5mg/10mg percocet. I actually had my doctor switch me to the Oxycodone 5mg (just minus the acetaminophen )simply because the R/Ps were not working at all AND made me nauseous which never happens. I think this particular generic is being manufactured with less of the oxycodone?? Some pharmacies have no choice but to take whatever their corporate people decide in terms of drug companies. So crazy that I was feeling crazy too and nobody else has ever brought it up. Thank you for sharing!
