little white round pill with a split on one side and on the other reads 54 over 242. What is this?

well if they are the same pills my brother takes that has the same marks then the pill is a morphine sulfate 30g.

Dustin is correct, but the marking is meant to be 54 over 262 and it is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
